Position: Events Coordinator II
About: The Events Coordinator II position at Texas A&M University – San Antonio, under the Department of University Communications and Marketing, involves central coordination of large events and conferences, pre- and post-event client liaison, and support to the Director of University and Public Events. This role may require work outside regular office hours and weekends as needed.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience; two years of related experience in event planning and marketing. Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications, ability to multitask, strong organizational skills, effective communication skills, flexibility to work nights and weekends, and capacity to lift and carry supplies and equipment.
