Position: Events Coordinator/Birthday Host
About: Michaels Stores in Rochester, MN is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and facilitate events, including kids’ birthday parties, within our store. The role focuses on providing a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for guests while delivering friendly customer service and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout process. Operational tasks such as truck unloading, merchandise duties, and store maintenance are integral to upholding our Brand Promises.
Requirements: High energy and positive personality; excellent people and communication skills; experience working with children and in customer service; organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities; ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, lift heavy boxes, and work flexible hours; adherence to company policies and procedures
