Position: Events Coordinator
About: Pinkbox Doughnuts, a vibrant and creative doughnut company in Las Vegas, is seeking an Events Coordinator to plan and execute various events, manage the Pinkbox truck, and oversee operations at Allegiant Stadium kiosk.
Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event planning and coordination; exceptional organizational and project management skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines; creative thinking and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; passion for the Pinkbox Doughnuts brand and interest in the food and beverage industry; experience managing mobile food operations and/or stadium kiosks is a plus; must have TAM and Food Handler Cards
