Position: Events Coordinator

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred; 3-5 years of experience in event planning and coordination, with progressively increasing responsibilities in event management; demonstrated experience in leading event planning efforts and providing on-site event management and support; experience mentoring or supervising junior staff in event planning or related roles; proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CMP/CAE certification is a plus; experience with CVENT, Attend, Eventbrite, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Google Drive, Basecamp, Smartsheets, or other cloud-based storage/communications is a plus
