Position: Events Coordinator
About: Coordinates all catering related needs of groups and special events. Details each group’s catering needs, conducts facility tours, and tracks guarantees and deadlines. Attends trade shows and completes projects as directed. Assists in interviewing, training, and directing work, as well as in monitoring business volume forecast. Implements and maintains excellent service to achieve guest satisfaction. Ensures accurate and timely invoicing for all services rendered.
Requirements: Associate’s degree (AA) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
