Position: Events Coordinator
About: Michaels store in Cin-Kenwood, OH is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and facilitate events, including kids’ birthday parties, to provide a stress-free and engaging experience for guests. The role also involves delivering friendly customer service and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience for all customers while maintaining store standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in event coordination, customer service, and retail preferred; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to interact effectively with guests of all ages and co-workers; must have experience in working with children and children’s events; physical ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, lift heavy boxes, and access high shelves; comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
