Position: Events Coordinator
About: Oral Roberts University, a Christian University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking an Event Coordinator to play a vital role in the success of the university’s enrollment growth by assisting in planning, executing, and following up on all events, including micro-events engaging prospective students, families, and other guests.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Event Planning, Hospitality, Marketing, or related discipline preferred); 1 year of experience in event coordination, preferably in higher education or non-profit environment; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed; proficiency with event management software, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite; commitment to and alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the University as a Christ-centered institution
