Position: Events Coordinator
About: The Events Coordinator position at Yale University involves providing support for fundraising efforts by assisting in the planning and execution of high-quality events including in-person, virtual, and hybrid events that foster strong relationships with alumni, parents, and friends. The role reports to the Senior Associate Director, Events, and supports the event planning team within the Office of Development’s Marketing & Communications unit.
Requirements: Six years of related work experience, four of them in the same job family at the next lower level, and a high school level education; or four years of related work experience and an Associate degree; or little to no work experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Demonstrated ability in event coordination, excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
