Position: Events coordinator

About: Michaels, a leading creative destination in North America with over 1,300 stores in 49 states and Canada, is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and facilitate events, including kids birthday parties, within their store in MACON, GA. The role involves providing friendly customer service, assisting customers, and maintaining store standards to deliver exceptional experiences for guests.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; energetic and enthusiastic personality; experience working with children and children’s events; excellent people skills; strong communication skills including written, verbal, and nonverbal communication; organizational, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills; retail and/or customer service experience required
