Position: Events Coordinator
About: Mater, Queensland’s largest not-for-profit healthcare service, is seeking an Events and Engagement Coordinator to join their team. This full-time role is based at Mater Newstead and involves providing exceptional event management services across all Mater Ministries – Mater Foundation, Mater Health, Mater Education, and Mater Research.
Requirements: Tertiary qualification in event management, communication, or marketing; at least three years’ event coordination experience, with community events experience desirable; experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure event delivery environment; proven experience in planning and delivering all aspects of event operations and logistics; high-level written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of contemporary event management trends; high-level time management and organizational skills; ability to work independently and within a team environment
