Position: Events Coordinator
About: Michaels Store – PHI-SPRINGFIELD, PA is looking for team members who will deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and provide fast and efficient checkout experiences. They will also be responsible for truck unloading, maintaining store standards, and supporting various store processes.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; retail and/or customer service experience preferred; ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, lift heavy boxes, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends; must be at least sixteen (16) years old; adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies; engage with customers positively and promote organizational values.
