Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience working with children and children’s events; retail and/or customer service experience required; strong organizational, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills; excellent written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills; ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers; ability to remain standing for long periods of time and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, carrying, and reaching
