Position: Events Coordinator

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of experience in a legal services firm required; willingness to work outside standard hours; ability to travel domestically and internationally as necessary; strong knowledge of local vendors and venues; committed team player with a resourceful, initiative-driven, and collaborative approach; ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; client service-oriented and credible; ability to work independently and in a team dynamic, meeting deadlines and performing well under pressure; strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in the Cvent platform; international experience is a plus; exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities; creative problem-solving and decision-making skills; knowledge of current trends and best practices in event planning and management; ability to manage budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficiency; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
