Position: Events Coordinator
About: The KPA Events Coordinator at KPA plays a key role in managing tradeshows, regional events, and customer conferences to engage with customers and prospects, driving growth in strategic market segments. This position reports to the Sr. Marketing Events Manager and is responsible for end-to-end event management, including creating pre-promotion event campaigns, managing event timelines, coordinating logistics, managing vendors, aligning with sales, and overseeing event staff.
Requirements: Proven capability in executing events and marketing campaigns; strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask; self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously and collaborate with remote teams; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to measure success in driving engagement and effectively communicate key metrics; experience using marketing software like HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, Canva; bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Benefits: Competitive annual base salary between $60,000 – $80,000, 10% annual bonus potential
