Position: Events Coordinator
About: Michaels Store located in AMHERST, NH is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and facilitate various events, including kids’ birthday parties, providing a stress-free and engaging experience for guests. The store aims to deliver friendly customer service and ensure a fast and seamless checkout process for all customers while maintaining operational tasks and store standards to uphold its Brand Promises.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in event coordination and customer service; excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to handle stressful situations and interact effectively with guests and team members; experience working with children and children’s events; retail and/or customer service experience
