Position: Events Coordinator

About: Stevens Institute of Technology, located in Hoboken, New Jersey, is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and creative Events Coordinator to join the Office of University Events. This position involves working Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with additional weeknight and weekend hours when necessary. The Events Coordinator plays a key role in supporting various campus events and providing guidance to the Stevens community, including administrative staff, faculty, students, and external clients.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/training and experience; 2-3 years of events or event planning experience, preferably in higher education; effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across units; keen attention to detail and commitment to service excellence; strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CourseDog is a plus
