Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Event Planning, Hospitality, Marketing, or related discipline preferred); 1 year of experience in event coordination, preferably in higher education or non-profit sector; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required; proficiency with event management software, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite; commitment to the university’s mission, vision, and values as a Christ-centered institution; compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) policy
