Position: Events Coordinator

About: The Los Angeles Athletic Club, a private club offering state-of-the-art athletic and spa facilities, award-winning restaurants and bars, luxury meeting and event rooms, hotel accommodation, and diverse social, business, and athletic events, is seeking a Full Time Events Coordinator to enhance member and guest experiences.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; minimum of two (2) years experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage industry; Bachelor’s degree (preferred); current California Driver License with satisfactory driving record; at least twenty-one (21) years of age; reliable and punctual attendance; excellent time-management skills; willingness to travel for business; bilingual skills (an asset); proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; strong presentation and communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; strong analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines efficiently; openness to constructive feedback.
