Position: Events Coordinator
About: Provides professional client services support in event planning, organization, and management within a facility in Shreveport, LA. Coordinates activities with various service contractors, interprets contract provisions, prepares cost estimates, and ensures successful event execution. Acts as a liaison between clients and facility departments, attends planning meetings, and may serve as a manager on duty as needed.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; 1-2 years related experience and/or training; working knowledge of facility management principles; excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects; demonstrate problem-solving and communication skills; supervisory experience preferred
