Position: EVENTS & CASINO PROMOTIONS MANAGER

About: The STRAT Hotel, Casino and Tower in Las Vegas is seeking a Manager, Events & Casino Promotions to develop and execute engaging events and promotional programs that drive player acquisition, retention, and overall gaming revenue. This role will be responsible for planning, implementing, analyzing, and reporting casino promotions and events while ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative marketer with experience in the casino industry, a passion for guest engagement, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will have one direct report, Events Specialist, to assist with logistics, reporting, and on-site event activations, and one hourly events coordinator position.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred; 3-5+ years of experience in casino marketing, promotions, or a similar role within the gaming industry, with 1+ year of leadership experience; Strong understanding of casino gaming operations, loyalty programs, and player behavior; Experience managing budgets and analyzing promotional effectiveness; Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for promotions and events; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and casino management/loyalty systems (e.g., Synkros, Konami, LMS) is a plus; Must have a history of hard work, focus, decision-making, and problem-solving ability; An upbeat and creative approach typically leads to success in this role; Proven experience providing high guest service in a fast-paced environment; Proven ability to prioritize duties; Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal; Must be at least 21 years of age; Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company; Verify the right to work in the United States
