Position: Events/Banquet Server
About: Bellerive Country Club is seeking an Events/Banquet Server to set up, execute, and clean events/banquets while ensuring exceptional customer service to achieve the highest member/guest satisfaction standard.
Requirements: Must have the ability to balance multiple projects and strong project and time management skills; high attention to detail; work autonomously and take direction; exercise good judgment; reason and apply common-sense understanding to situations encountered; display a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills; communicate effectively with employees at all levels; read, write, and communicate fluently in English; use above-average critical thinking skills to resolve issues; work overtime as necessary; meet physical demands of the position, including being mobile and transporting up to fifty (50) pounds.
