Position: Events Associate

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, communications, or related field; 3 years of experience in corporate events or hospitality with minimum 1 year in event planning; exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to work with senior leadership; team player with strong problem-solving skills; ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office, MS Power BI, MS Dynamics, Cvent, GlobalMeet, Zoom, Artifax; knowledge of facilities coordination, broadcast services, hospitality, and/or finance a plus; willingness to travel up to 20%
