Position: Events and Administrative Coordinator
About: Harvard University’s Office of the President and Provost is seeking an Events and Administrative Coordinator to support the planning and implementation of various events and provide administrative assistance. This role reports to the Director of Presidential Events and Engagement as well as to the Chief of Staff, collaborating closely with multiple departments and stakeholders at the university.
Requirements: Candidates must have three years of related experience. College degree or equivalent is preferred. Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and interpersonal abilities are essential. Basic qualifications include the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and interact professionally with high-level university faculty and administration. Additional qualifications such as understanding standards of protocol and discretion are valued.
