Position: Events and Activations Manager
About: A forward-thinking company is in search of an innovative and dynamic Events & Activations Manager to lead the execution of engaging arts & entertainment experiences at a future large scale development. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing diverse arts & entertainment event programming, contract negotiations, event production, and a passion for networking.
Requirements: Experience in Event Management, Large Conference Management, Arts Administration, Marketing, or a related field; minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event planning, activations, or placemaking at venues hosting diverse music, art, and immersive events; proven experience in sound and visual production management; expertise in event security logistics and crowd management; strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize; creative problem-solving abilities; proficiency in budgeting, vendor management, and event logistics; knowledge of current trends in arts, music, and immersive entertainment; experience working with artists, curators, and cultural organizations.
