Position: Event/Tradeshow Manager

About: This position is for an Event Program Manager for a company focused on strategic event program development within the SPDR business plan. The role involves managing relationships with key partners and reporting to the Head of Client Experience. The position is remote but requires the individual to be based in either NYC or Boston.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of event marketing and/or marketing communications experience; expertise in events and/or marketing, ideally within the financial services industry; experience interfacing and negotiating with groups at all levels and across multiple functions; highly customer-focused; ability to work independently and in a team environment; excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; fluency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; strong budget oversight and optimization; ability to travel as needed (10-15% time)
