Requirements: 3 years of management (supervisor) experience within the food service industry; Preferred but not required- Catering, banquet, and large event leadership experience; Must be 18 years or older; Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate needs and instructions clearly to both clients and staff; Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency with smartphones and email for efficient communication; Reliable transportation to various event locations; Own required uniforms, including a black and white button-up dress shirt, black non-slip shoes, bistro apron, slacks, and a black belt
