Position: Event Specialist (Event Day Assistant – Part Time as needed)
About: Divine Events, an event planning company, is seeking enthusiastic and organized Event Specialists to join their award-winning team. The position involves assisting in the coordination and execution of special events, weddings, and non-profit galas, with a requirement for weekend availability.
Requirements: Experience in customer service is required; additional experience in event planning is a plus. Candidates must be energetic, goal-oriented, professional in appearance and demeanor, highly organized, able to multitask, decisive yet flexible, punctual, able to work under strict deadlines, possess a great attitude and work ethic, able to remain calm under stress, physically capable of standing for 8+ hours, lift up to 40 pounds, work well in a team, proficient in Microsoft Office, have reliable transportation with insurance, and access to a laptop.
