Position: Event Services Specialist

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of three years of project management experience in event and meeting management; minimum of three years as an event coordinator for large conferences and meetings; minimum of three years as a meeting planner; experience with conference registration systems preferred; excellent project & time management skills; exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to effectively handle stress and deadlines; ability to work with a diverse resource base and interact with individuals at all levels; excellent customer service skills; ability to travel by car or plane up to 30% of the time
