Position: Event Services Manager
About: Constellation, a provider of high-quality business dining and catering experiences across the United States, is seeking an experienced and motivated Event Services Manager to join their Constellation Culinary team in Miami, FL. The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating catered events, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the Senior Director of Sales.
Requirements: 2 years of catering, food-beverage, or administrative/event experience; very organized; able to work independently and make business decisions; basic PC knowledge and comprehension (Word & Excel); basic math knowledge (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages); excellent communication and staff management skills; Bachelor’s Degree in Management (Nice-to-have)
