Position: Event Services Manager
About: Abigail Kirsch, a premier catering company in New York City, is seeking an experienced and motivated Event Services Manager to join their team. The role involves supporting the Director of Event Services and overseeing event service staff to maintain high service standards and ensure guest satisfaction. The manager will work on event planning, execution, staff management, and operational issues while upholding the company’s culture and mission.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Event/Banquet or Operations management experience in a high-volume hotel, catering, or hospitality setting; prior management event execution experience required; working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; detail-oriented with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities; flexible schedule availability to accommodate business needs
