Position: Event Services Manager
About: We are looking to add an experienced, motivated event manager to our Constellation Culinary Group team in San Francisco, CA. The Event Managers primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring that client expectations are not only met but exceeded. This role encompasses a wide range of duties including planning, budgeting, training and vendor management.
Requirements: Prior Event Management, planning and executing experience; The ability to multitask and manage multiple events concurrently; Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills; Must have an open and flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays as needed; Reliable transportation to commute between units; Valid drivers license to drive company catering vehicles; Bachelor’s Degree in Management
