Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; 2-3 years of related hotel event services; Previous leadership experience in a luxury hotel setting; Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language; Proven interpersonal skills with successful client interactions; Good organizational skills; High level attention to detail; High level of creativity; Able to negotiate, organize, delegate & work under pressure
