Requirements: Thorough knowledge of sales techniques including strong closing skills and negotiation skills; Solid food and beverage knowledge; Customer-service focused; Strong communication, analytical, organizational and time management skills; Excellent knowledge of computers, specifically Opera, Delphi, Word and Excel; Must have a Flexible work schedule; 3-5 years of hospitality experience in Sales, Catering or Banquets
