Position: Event Services Coordinator
About: The Evelyn Rubenstein JCC is seeking an Event Services Coordinator to drive outside event and rental business, manage events from planning to completion, and ensure successful execution. This full-time role requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and on-call availability.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing desired; 2+ years of event and sales management experience preferred; comprehensive understanding of computer/technology and CRM; proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic; extremely organized and detail-oriented; ability to problem solve and multitask; desire and ability to engage with the public; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and on-call situations; previous A/V experience a plus; ability to stand for long periods, respond to critical incidents, lift 50 pounds, and set up equipment for events.
