Position: Event Services Coordinator
About: ASM Global, the world’s leading venue management company and producer of live event experiences, is seeking an Event Services Coordinator (Level 1) to join their Event Services department at Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center in Long Beach. This pivotal role involves seamless event planning and execution by providing communication and organizational support to the team.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Hospitality or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience; previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or related field preferred; familiarity with event management software (e.g., Momentus, Cvent, Asana, Slack) advantageous; exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills; ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including non-traditional hours during events
