Position: Event Services Coordinator
About: ASM Global, a leading venue management company and producer of live event experiences, is seeking an Event Services Coordinator (Level 1) to join their Event Services department at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center. The coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless event planning and execution by providing communication and organizational support for the department.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Hospitality or related field preferred; previous experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred; familiarity with event management software (e.g. Momentus, Cvent, Asana, Slack) advantageous; exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills; ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including non-traditional hours during events
