About: We are a staffing firm in NYC seeking professional and reliable Banquet servers to work with both corporate and catering clients at events and banquets, providing excellent customer service. We offer flexible schedules with shifts available on days, nights, and weekends.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of banquet/catering experience with sit-down service; 2 former professional banquet/catering references; certificate of completion of an NYSLA recognized alcohol awareness training program such as from The American Safety Council or Tips; excellent communication and customer service skills; detail-oriented; ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment; flexibility with job duties and schedules; ability to stand and walk for long periods of time; high level of professionalism when dealing with clients, guests, and coworkers.
