Position: Event Security Assistant Manager
About: The Milwaukee Bucks are looking for dedicated Event Security Assistant Managers to oversee event security operations for Fiserv Forum and the Deer District, ensuring safety and adherence to standards during events. This role involves supervising security staff, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, conducting training sessions, and managing documentation and staffing requirements.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications in NCS4, IAVM, ASIS preferred; prior experience in hospitality or customer care, especially in sports or entertainment industry; up-to-date with industry standards and laws; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs and scheduling software; physical ability to work in various weather conditions and handle moderate physical exertion; excellent attendance and punctuality required
