Position: Event Sales & Services Manager

Requirements: At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in an upscale or related field; or a 2-year college degree with at least 3 years of related, upscale hotel experience. Proficiency in Windows, hotel sales systems, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing. Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, dietary restrictions, health department rules, liquor laws. Flexibility for long hours and ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally. Extensive knowledge of hotel departments, excellent communication skills, ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, proactive, multitasking capability, effective decision-making, high standards of personal grooming, creativity, effective leadership, problem-solving skills.
