About: The Lesner Inn is an event venue and in-house catering business located on Shore Drive in VA Beach. We are looking for an energetic and organized self-starter to join our Event & Sales Management team.
Requirements: Fundamental knowledge of hospitality & management experience; excellent interpersonal & organizational skills; high-energy with excellent customer service skills & sales skills; strong leadership & communication skills; expertise in sales & event planning; educated in social media marketing; flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; hard work ethic focused on teamwork; ability to work under pressure, manage multiple activities, and re-prioritize efforts; focus on clients’ needs and managing a staff
