Position: Event Sales Coordinator (Full-Time)
About: Cheekwood Estate & Gardens in Nashville is a picturesque botanical garden, arboretum, and museum offering a unique blend of history, art, and nature. The Events and Rentals team at Cheekwood coordinates weddings and corporate events, creating memorable experiences in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, sales, or marketing preferred; one-year equivalent experience in a professional setting; valid, current TN ABC license/bartending experience preferred; ability to drive a company-owned golf cart; strong organizational and analytical skills; proactive with the ability to prioritize and remain calm under pressure; passionate about food, beverages, and events with a commitment to client satisfaction; flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays; excellent computer skills; minimum 1-year wedding/events experience preferred; prior work experience in a non-profit organization preferred.
