Position: Event Sales Coordinator
About: Pier Sixty, an event and hospitality company, is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to Sales Managers and Directors in coordinating sales and service information.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent required; prior hospitality/events experience preferred; previous experience as an administrative assistant in a related field preferred; ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute; interpersonal skills to ensure guest satisfaction; proficiency in computer systems like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant programs; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude; positive attitude towards service, teamwork, and going above and beyond; ability to work independently or in a team setting; ability to maintain good working relationships with other departments, employees, and guests; willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels.
