Position: Event Sales Admin – Part-Time
About: Assist the event sales team in managing client inquiries and bookings. Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling and room setup. Communicate with clients to gather event requirements and preferences. Provide excellent guest service by addressing client queries and concerns. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of events.
Requirements: Strong organizational and administrative skills; Excellent communication and customer service abilities; Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Proficiency in office software and booking systems; Previous experience in event coordination or administrative roles is a plus
