Requirements: BA/BS degree in a related discipline (e.g., Marketing, Business) with less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or 4 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree; strong knowledge of tools and applications such as MS Office 365 including TEAMS, SPSS, SAS, SalesForce, TicketManager; excellent soft skills such as interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills
