Position: Event Program & Speaker Coordinator

About: PMI (Project Management Institute) is seeking an Events Content and Speaker Coordinator to join its Global Meetings and Events Team, responsible for administering speakers and presentation content for PMI Events. The role involves multitasking across multiple programs, coaching presentation delivery, providing input to event design aligned with PMI strategy, working with stakeholders, and adapting to changes.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; minimum of 2 years’ experience in event programming and speaker management; experience in virtual events; self-starter with attention to detail; excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot platforms and systems; effective communication skills; proficiency in MS Office; willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
