Position: Event Program & Speaker Coordinator

About: Project Management Institute, Inc. is seeking an Events Content and Speaker Coordinator to join its Global Meetings and Events Team. The role involves administering speakers and presentation content for PMI Events, multitasking across multiple programs at different planning stages, coaching presentation delivery, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, at least 2 years of event programming and speaker management experience, proficiency in MS Office, and willingness to travel domestically or internationally.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; minimum of 2 years’ experience in event programming and speaker management; experience in virtual events a plus; self-starter with attention to detail; excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot platforms and systems; effective communication skills; proficiency in MS Office; curiosity; willingness to travel domestically or internationally
