Position: Event Production Specialist-Hybrid
About: AdventHealth Corporate is seeking an Event Production Specialist to join their team. The Specialist will work under the executive leadership event manager to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events and meetings. This role involves managing all aspects of event operations, including logistics, vendor management, budget reconciliation, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The Event Production Specialist will contribute to the success of AdventHealth events by providing expert coordination and solutions, working closely with stakeholders to meet event objectives.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in event production, marketing, communications, or related field; 3 years’ experience in relevant field and current trade certifications (AV); proven experience as an events planner or organizer; professional presence in communication; excellent time management, verbal and written communication skills; sales skills and ability to build business relationships; ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively; flexibility, adaptability to change, and attention to detail; proficient in MS Office suite and Adobe design software; strategic thought partnership with leadership teams; strong customer service skills; executive decision-making and critical thinking; self-starter with the ability to implement initiatives strategically and independently; certified Meeting Planner certification
