Position: Event Production Specialist
About: Whole Foods Market is seeking an Events Production Specialist to play a crucial support role in organizing a variety of team member events and programs at their Store Support Office in Austin and offsite company events. This position focuses on enhancing the team member experience through event coordination and maintaining production quality and customer service standards within the Creative Production Team.
Requirements: 1 year or more experience in event support and/or organizing event logistics; exceptional attention to detail and organization; demonstrated capability in coordinating, prioritizing, and executing multiple concurrent events and projects; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders; must meet deadlines and follow through on lengthy projects; experience working with external vendors and internal stakeholders; exceptional communication skills; ability to make quick decisions, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary; positive attitude, self-directed, flexible, team player; easily adaptable to change; ability to lift at least 25 lbs, travel 20% of the time, and work some early mornings, nights, and weekends
