Position: Event Planning Manager
About: Hyatt Regency Baytown- Houston, located at the base of the iconic Fred Hartman Bridge along the Houston Ship Channel, is seeking an Event Planning Manager to serve as the liaison between Meeting Planners and hotel staff, ensuring the smooth execution of all events. This waterfront hotel features 208 guest rooms, a market, a 3-meal restaurant, and a lobby bar with views of the Houston ship channel, providing a mix of modern amenities with warm southern Texas hospitality.
Requirements: A minimum of 1-3 years of hotel event sales/event planning or comparable experience; proficiency in general computer knowledge; extreme attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; preference for two years of hotel experience or completion of an Event Management trainee program
