Position: Event Planning Manager
About: Andaz Miami Beach, a luxury lifestyle hotel located in the heart of Mid-beach, is currently seeking an Event Planning Manager to join its opening team. The hotel, housed in an art-deco building and architectural landmark, is set to open in early 2025 with 287 guestrooms, including 34 suites, and boasts the ONLY Ocean-view arrival experience in Miami Beach.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 1-3 years of hotel event sales/event planning experience preferred; proficiency in general computer knowledge; detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment; prefer two years of hotel experience or completed Event Management trainee program; good leadership and multitasking skills; proficiency in various event software
